Order Picker

Status: Full-Time, Temporary Position | Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC
Report To: Shipping Manager | Service: Warehouse

Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Order Picker ensures that orders are prepared and
shipped without errors, efficiently and in a timely manner for our customers.

Will perform other related duties as requested by his immediate superior, all in accordance with
internal procedures and rules.

TASKS RELATED TO FUNCTION

Pick merchandise | 90%

1. Take the order sheets and go to the correct bin locations to recover the right number of
   products.
2. Drive an order picker lift truck to access the bin location in the warehouse.
3. Place the items on the conveyor.
4. Collect the accessory boxes prepared by the storekeeper and ensure they are placed
   with the correct orders.

Health & Safety | 5%

1. Be compliant with the standards and business procedures as well as enforcing the
   health and safety laws.
2. Ensure that work areas and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.

Other | 5%

1. Participate in the annual inventory.
2. Complete various reports.

ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or vocational training.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of French and English.
• Having work boots would be essential.
• Forklift operator credentials.
• Being able to do repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in an environment where the temperature varies.
• To have a good physical endurance, being able to regularly move the goods that are 60 lbs. and over.
